Milky Oolong tea is much appreciated by tea connoisseurs .
This marvellous Oolong tea comes from the province of Fujian in China, well-known for its fabulous teas. It is a half fermented tea with tightly rolled leaves which have been steamed over milk to give it its unique flavour.
This tea is extraordinary mild and has a sweet, flowery taste. It has a delicate milky flavour with a hint of caramel. It is also quite low in caffeine.
A Milk Oolong tea is very popular in China.
